About Me!

Born in Nome, Alaska and raised in the village of White Mountain, I grew up with a love for Alaska and all of its beauty. After graduating high school as valedictorian with high honors, I felt the pressure to attend college. I still have a love for science and geometry - and I love to research when I have time.

However, as long as I can remember, I have wanted to do hair. I was cutting my own hair as a toddler, braiding hair at 6, and cutting my friend's hair in the 6th grade and continued hair styling throughout high school.

My dad encouraged me to follow my dreams. He told me that the key to life and happiness is to do what you love. I feel that I am on the path to success in both my career and happiness!

The desire to be more available to my four wild and fun kids and the comfort of my clients and their families led me to open a salon out of my home in 2013. A visit to my studio will bring you to a clean, stylish, mini-salon experience with the comfort and privacy of home feel.

For my clients I have traveled all over the state and even to the lower 48 to give brides the love and special treatment they deserve on their wedding day.

It has become my honor and specialty to work with brides on their wedding day. I stay cool as a cucumber during the most intense Fortnite game or the happiest wedding celebration. My specialty is modern, elegant styles so your pictures look timeless year after year.
